O.D. Grinding is a process that removes material from the outside diameter of a cylindrical, or round workpiece. At A-1 Grinding, we have two different types of CNC machines to meet your specifications and remain cost efficient. We have the ability to grind parts between centers and additionally, our machines have the ability to use chucks for grinding parts without centers. Our machines are equipped with measuring probes for precision, consistent sizing on multiple diameters, faces, lengths. Our service provides excellent roundness, concentricity and surface finish requirements.
